Need small gallente control tower and surrounding infrastructure gone

Willing to pay upwards of 100m ISK for someone to come into high sec and pop this control tower that isnt activated.

I have reason to believe I am more qualified for contracts that require "clown car activity" (and associated behavioral/organizational practices) specifically than most MERC organizations in high sec.

I believe I can meet this requirement with unique aplomb that is certain to please (someone, probably me).

personally, I'd contact said one man corp and simply offer them that 100m to take their tower down.
