Singularity down??????

since the last mirror i havee purchased a toon off char bazarr obv this just shows as a empty slot on sisi.... is there anyway to fix this or do i have to wait untill the mirror...

The launcher should automatically update the client. Are you using the New Launcher?

Try clicking on the big "E" in the top right hand corner.

Select "Server LIst".

Are all 3 listed and are they all at 100%?

I can't log on because of an old mirror but you should be able to.

It's on Duality, not Singularity.

The new Singularity server is still being worked on. While it was mostly working today at lunch we were running into unexpected problems with updating it to the latest version.

Duality was online for the last few hours (and should remain online for a few more hours).

Well it's now in "VIP" mode, which means only CCP GMs & Devs are able to log in, possibly ISD Volunteers too, but the rest of the community that's trying to connect will get a simple error message such as "Account Subscription Expired".

Yes, it's been down for quite a while, there have been no updates that I can see but if I do see any I'll try to keep everyone informed.

If you would be so kind as to look on a previous post, you'll notice a recent one by CCP Habakuk stating the following;

"The new Singularity server is still being worked on. While it was mostly working today at lunch we were running into unexpected problems with updating it to the latest version."

Problems come and go, and fixing one problem can cause another. That being said, they cannot supply an ETA based on that factor. All you need now, is patience.

Granted, the post was made yesterday, it is still relevant as the server has not been stable since the post.

[Update] ~ After checking around the 'net I found that the problem started between the hours 10 am and 11 am yesterday. Chances are that the server was kept down after 10/11 am so they could prepare for the Duality mass test and after the mass test there's a possibility that there was a mass influx of players trying to connect to SiSi.

The reason for the potential mass influx of players on SiSi? Most likely the 2 million skill points each mass tester would have received for participating in said test. This is, of course, a 'maybe' scenario, it could simply be that they took the servers down to apply the skill points to each character that tested on Duality and something went wrong.
