can you log in on it? then yes :)
do /copyskills to update it to the latest skills you have and tada, ready to go ;)

Last mirror was November 16th 2015. Found here: Test Server Feedback Resources

They plan to deploy a new mirror at some point this week I believe do hang tight, there is a post by CCP about this in this forum.
