You mean those Metaballs concept presented at FF 2014? That was before Less Talk, More Action.. Don't Know if that got simply dumped (like real Ship Customization instead of just paper doll custom skins)

Starting to wonder if CCP weighed up the testing potential versus mass test SP bonus and elected to close test them on Duality or one of the other test servers instead

As it happened with other announced "updates" that entry vanished from updates.eveonline.com - without further notice. There should be patch notes for that site that explain what and when entries got added - and removed.
