Original seller (GTX18) claims he forgot to take the ISK out of the account after buying the plex for the transfer. Do I petition CCP to take the ISK and give it to the right person once I have the toon? Not that I don't trust GTX18, but I want to be 100% sure the right person gets their ISK.
