I'm sorry, I think your actual complaint evaded me. Let me get this straight. You mean to tell us that you started a new topic because you don't like having to open an info window? You must be trolling... I refuse to believe that there are Eve players who, with all of the clicking that Eve requires, actually have legitimate complaints about having to make two extra clicks to get a piece of useful information that by all rights shouldn't even be available anyway.

You really have no ground to stand on with this complaint. Sure it makes sense that, with such advanced technology available, pilots should be able to do some sort of scan on WHs to acquire this information. You should be happy that CCP gave you such an easy method to acquire information rather than forcing you to participate in some sort of minigame to get the information you're looking for.

I am not trolling, I my point is proven legitimate if you only imagine having to show info on every target you try to F1 on. I believe you to be trolling if after this, you argue it would be better for the game to actually add MORE of it.

EDIT - I am actually proposing two things, which simply improves what already exists in the game and delivers on mostly all of it, except the two things I mentioned.

Why are you hitting F1 on WHs? What are you trying to do, shoot through to the other side without actually having to jump through? I didn't think you could even lock WHs anyway.

Whatever. Ultimately, I agree with your idea to add a visual queue to indicate a WH's stability. However, I disagree with the reason for your idea, which is to provide more information and to make it more easily accessible. As it currently stands, the info window for WHs gives you more info than the info window for Exotic Dancers. I mean really, wtf kinda crap is that?

I think all of the info on the info window for WHs needs to go away, and the ONLY indication you have is a visual queue that corresponds to its stability. The nebulae can stay, but they shouldn't correspond to the class of the WH until you jump though, and there should be absolutely no indication for what size ship is allowed through. I mean honestly, how much more do you want to know about the "unknown" without having to actually investigate it for yourself? Eve doesn't need lazy players, it needs smart and adventurous players. And your complaint about having to make two measly clicks to get information is the height of laziness.

You know, spawn locations could also be "unknown". People could suddenly be teleported back to Jita at "unknown" moments from WH space. Sleepers could have a 1% chance of spawning a Drifter that DD's someone in your fleet "unknown".

You could have a system that is both interesting and convenient to experience. What kind of justification is there for making something that is tedious remains as is for the sake of "hey, some people won't bother checking and suddenly pop goes the WH, unknown sucker".

Bah, forum alt or not, does not matter to me. Although I wonder why can't EVE have lazy players... Wouldn't that give an edge to the non-lazy ones? Or are you saying you don't like certain people and thus they should not play your game.

Has anyone any indication CCP wanted to revisit this in some previous forum reply? I usually follow dev blogs and new features threads but I don't recall seeing this.

In any case, I'd be interested to know what CCP's official stance would be to this or something similar. Again, judging from the changes they made already, seems to me like the addition of better visuals for mass is likely.

It has them. They inhabit highsec where they AFK mine in max yield fit barges and autopilot overstuffed loot pinatas, then proceed to whine, complain, *****, and moan on forums when their laziness comes back to bite them in the ass.

Good god man - it's just 2 clicks. If 2 clicks is too much for you - the rest of wh space stuff is going to push you out soon enough anyway.

Lol Its funny, because it's true.
