I am currently lusting after a dreadnaught pilot.

Must haves (seriously, dont waste my time if you dont meet at least these minumum requirement)
Arrow5-4-4 Jump Skills Minimum
ArrowAdvanced Weapon Upgrades 5 (To use seige)
ArrowCapital Shield Tanking Skills
ArrowCitadel Torps at a minimum level
ArrowGood core skills

Must have the racial dreadnaught skillbook injected and at a reasonable level

My budget is 13B ISK. Do not link me chars that are more expensive because you are just wasting time.
Char must be located in hisec/lowsec with an up to date medical clone
Security Status does not matter. it can be -9.9 for all i care

I now want a caldari Dread / carrier pilot.
