What the heck is this about now ?
Patched, try to log in and get a message about the cluster server has reached its capacity, I am now #xxxx in queue ???
CCP, what's up ? Or down ?

It's a misleading error message.

Apparently it's not that Tranquility is full, it's that too many people are trying to log in at at time so they queue you.

I've always found that if I close the client and immediately try again, I almost always get right in.
