hisec changes

What do people think of this

As hi sec is supposed to be a security controlled why not make it so you cane activate aggressive mods while in hisec unless target is thief has suspect or pirate or killrights and duel? But not neutral. Ganking has not happened to me in a freighter but I imagine it has a impact on players that are restricted and gankers just make New toons and keep doing it or a harsher punishment? Ideas welcome I just think in hisec you should be sort of safer lol.

It's been a while since we last had a "highsec should be completely safe" thread.

They disappeared as numbers dropped. This is a sign that Eve not dying.

Still as rubbish an idea as ever, but comforting that this thread was made.

You can`t just remake new character anyway. Recycling character to dodge the security standing system is a bannable offense.

Ive for a long time wondered what horrid thing would happen if ganking in high sec was removed. I don't mean things like "eve would not be eve anymore", I mean what actual events would transpire, in what order, that would result in CCP closing the servers? What would be the chain of events? What would be the drivers behind each step in that chain of events?

Trolls welcome its just a question and I was hoping for sensible comments not keyboard warriors. In high security space one would think it's safe until the inevitability happens. Eve is changing anyone do the mass test for citadel?
