Sure, I know, I could make video posts, but that would also take more data storage at this time.

https://drive.google.com/folder/d/0By1EgksWG9NfaW5WdEZ5eXEtM1U/edit

This apparently does not work since the audio file is a 3gpp file.
It also refuses to convert online since the tablet storage shows as
Unable to complete previous operation due to low memory.
Which is highly unlikely since there is 25,000 times more memory available than required.

Also, I cannot verify the security of the Google Drive folder from the OS proprietary IP owner.
I tried on Microsoft OneDrive with even worst results before.
The communication warfare steps will soon be solved one step further on the field of war or as part of electronic warfare.

I also saved the file on one of my domain webhost, however, since it doesn't translate to .wav file yet,
there is little point in linking it.
(Of course it would be possible to download it, but , would not function directly.)

More to come...

It apparently worked from MPC-HC

but now,
I cannot verify the file type extension

whether it's 3ggp or 3gpp...

the program that ran the audio file is
MPC-HC (Nightly)
http://mpc-hc.org
(from a choice of program to run the file)

(http://mpc-hc.org site does not load from my end although it shows on Google.)

From looking at the MediaInfo in that program gives
General
Format : MPEG-4
Format profile: 3GPP Media Release 4
Codec ID: 3gp4

Audio
ID: 1
Format: AMR
Format/Info: Adaptive Multi-Rate
Format profile: Narrow band
Codec ID: samr

Edit:
It doesn't work from my tablet yet.

How to convert 3GPP to MP3

Edit 2:
I downloaded 4 programs or so each of which do not work.
2 require registration and a payment while offering 50% of file conversion, another 20% only.
One program doesn't install, and another had another problem, ah yes, it only changes the file-name extension .

The audio file also ran from QuickTime Player.
It seems to require some payment or registration to convert file types.

The internet was also hacked at the other place I was, refusing to let new pages load while all previous content ran.
Well, nice try to make it seem that way though, since it is not possible to run Youtube without new data.

www.zamzar.com/convert/3gpp-to-mp3/
used to work for online conversion, but, now that I have the audio file safely stored on my USB and accessible without the tablet memory encryption or machine code bottleneck, it now refuses to load, so I cannot test the saved sound file.

So much for that.

The easiest thing to do now might be to use an analog converter and run my phone with a new $3 external speaker , and record it in a .wav file from Windows Recording system with a new microphone.
I think I may not be able to find my last microphone that worked.

To make matters worst (while trying to convert 3gpp sound files),

3 internet systems went down for over 4 to 6 days now.

2 public libraries, McDo and 2 coffee shop of the same cie (the last 2 are wifi only).

To make matters worst, one of my encrypted USB was stolen without full backup of some data content.

Also, the encryption program that I used to encode the data may not be available for download anymore.

Finally,
both
recording1041607021.mp3
and
recording1041607021.wav
finally converted from the
http://www.zamzar.com/
online conversion file.

However, I want to get an audio file type converter that works from my computer.

Yes, plus the USB went missing around 2 days before I finally got my 2nd copyright registration number.
It was finally approved despite a new law that passed in 2014 about editing.
Needless to say, the missing USB and the editing questions will go in a 3rd copyright.
It seems that the more I copyright content and work to prevent damage against it and destruction and/or potential seizure and forfeiture (or worst) , the more I have to write problems incurrred with the copyright systems.
