Fellow pilots,

Thank you for your thoughts about the wider background behind the Upwell Consortium.

I would like to reflect on one detail: the stated business priority of the Upwell Consortium. The development and construction of next generation space structures, along with necessary infrastructures, financing, logistics, and communication routines, is a major movement in itself. As it was briefly touched above, we wittness a remarkable cooperation across nationalities on behalf of the Upwell Consortium. This is a great example of how to realize the proposals of the Pakhshi Peace Conference in 117YC. Carefully designed, the Consortium takes care not to cross legal borders in regard to CONCORD or the SCC as well as national laws. In addition, the Upwell Consortium took care to involve the capsuleer community quiet early and it seems they deem us an important partner in the future. I'm not only refering to the Serpentis operation or the latest recovery initiative, basically carried out by capsuleers. The whole agenda of the Upwell Consortium (as far as known) points toward a wave of new settlement and space colonisation. As a transnational project, it could trigger a time of enthusiasm and New Eden colonisation. And beyond.

Between the lines of all the latest news I also read that I am personally adressed and affected by the Upwell Consortium agenda. Even if it's not outright claimed by anyone, I fee that the capsuleer community is not only affected as a lucrative consumer market for massive, expensive space property. Upwell Consortium and all involved are strongly relying on us to make use of our capabilities and to push beyond. In a certain sense I would say the nations of New Eden are asking and reassuring us in a roundabout way to go ahead and work toward the next step of a transhumanist social vision and New Eden colonization. Whatever we may think about the Upwell initiative in the end, it certainly is a massive effort for all economies involved. Other ways to make use of that are easily imagined. The way the respectable Upwell Consortium chose doesn't seem to be the worst to me.

Sincerely yours,

And yet, for not wanting to waste your time, you've sought out exchanges I'm involved in a total of twenty times with that tired argument.

You should learn, Makoto, that by dishonoring yourself you have lost your privilege to call yourself Caldari. Should you pass that line, I will be here again to show you your place.

Moreover, your lies will be persecuted on the spot.

As for the Upwell consortium, I can add just this: collaboration with the enemy is a crime.

Honored are the dead, for their legacy guides us.

Straight I can't remember if I've heard this bout between Kimmy and Priano before.....

A little trust goes a long way. The less you use, the further you'll go.
