Mac Client Launcher Fail

Just me or anyone else cannot get the launcher to run ( ver 998442) iMac OS X 10.9.5

...and I had some nice exploration sites bookmarked before downtime.

I have the same problem. iMac OS X 10.11.3 (ver 998442)
