With the new "Tiercide" concept being introduced into eve. Will this improve the lower tier guns such as Dual 250mm Railguns? I ask cause it seems like its trying to fix the named module aspect of each TYPE of module however it seems as if the lower Guns will still be worthless (720mm instead of 650s, 800mms instead of dual 425s ACs, 425mm instead of Dual 250mm Railguns)

Can any one clarify this?

Tiericide is not going to fix this at all. Lower tier guns (with possible exception of arties where 250s/650s/1200s are ****) are very useful in some circumstances. They have better tracking and better fitting. A lot of tracking-bonuses (and general other) minnie cruisers in particular fit dual 180s for max tracking to kill frigs. No fixes necessary move right along.

The "dual" weapons should use 2x M ammo every shot and have the tracking of the 250mm railgun.
Well at least i imagine them like that. I dunno how "broken" they could be. but when you say Dual you should mean Dual.

You talking about rebalance while "tierisation" is only about getting rid of some unpopular meta and hard to remember named mods.
