Waiting on a Response to a Support Ticket

So, I've been having some issues with my client and I filed a bug report on it on the 18th. Thinking that perhaps a bug report wasn't the proper thing to do, I filed a support ticket 4 days ago. I've yet to get a single response, acknowledgement, request for more info or anything on either of my reports. How long does this usually take? My game is essentially unplayable right now as I get 30-45 seconds of frozen client on nearly every gate jump which makes it very frustrating to try and keep up with a fleet.

If you want help from fellow eve players you have to post some information as well. Such as When did these issues start, certain settings you have, downloaded the entire client or on a need basis(launcher setting)? And so forth.

Yeah, didn't think of asking here as I was more curious about the support ticket process. But since I'm here....

Like I said above. I'm noticing total client lock up and nearly every gate jump. The overview doesn't load, the client won't accept commands no ships, player or otherwise, load in space, etc. Timing it off the gate cloak timer (which appears to count down normally) this lasts anywhere from 20-45 seconds. When the client unfreezes it'll execute the last command I entered. This happens on all three of my accounts and at first I thought it was just a laggy connection but it is happening pretty much all the time now and only seems to happen after gate jumps. My internet isn't great but I've not had this problem before and none of my other internet based stuff seems to be affected.

I'm using the beta launcher on an iMac with OS X 10.9.5 with a 3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 with ATI Radeon HD 4670 256 MB graphics card.

Support tickets can take a while due to the surge of tickets in the support system. If you would like to see if others are having the same issue and would like help feel free to open a thread. I would suggest opening it in the Mac subforum since you are running on a Mac OS.
