Energy Neutralizer Drone Falloff

Energy Neutralizer Drone's could use some similar Falloff love, and possibly some rebalancing or t2 variants.

Full flight of respective sized ECM drone vs standard single t2 module.
5x EV-300's vs 1xt2 Small Energy Neut = 25/55 gj's per 6s/6s optimals 5km/ 5km
5x EV-600's vs 1x t2 Medium Energy Neut = 50/180 gj's per 6s/12s optimals 7.5km/ 10km
5x EV-900's vs 1x t2 Heavy Energy Neut = 125/600 gj's per 6s/24s optimals 10km/ 20km


Optimals are unchanged in the EV's. Heavies optimal is 10km but have a 6s activation cycle time opposed to a 24s activation cycle on the module. No Falloff values present in drones.
Granted that the drones require zero capacitor for consistent application.

The smalls seem fair, but some falloff love couldn't hurt.
The Mediums are meh. A small buff to 15gj neut would be a modest tweek that might make them relevant and useful in place of a damage flight.
The Heavies would be great with a FO and optimals adjusted. I would love to use these on some cruisers.

They are all actually pretty zippy (fast) for a drone.

ALL the electraunic warefare drones need a going over... all of them.... (yes including ecm drones)

Since we are making op-drones, how about we give ECM drones the Guristas treatment in ehp and and a much stronger ewar buff like a base ecm strengh of 150 radar, magnetometric, gravimetric and ladar strenght.

I didn't think I was exaggerating with the proposed numbers or changes. Drones over-shoot players going in different directions all the time. The falloff values could make their effectiveness obvious instead of paper numbers that are just not present in practice or actual use. An EV heavy drone will be outpaced by mwd's even on a cruiser when it attempts to set an orbit speed.

Or maybe you can speak plainly and say what exactly it is that is overpowered in the OP suggested changes.
