BPC for pirate vessels... tips?

Do you have any advice or tips on finding BPC for pirate faction ships?

I have gotten a Daredevil doing the Serpentis Narcotic Warehouse, but I'd like to see if I could pull others. It is my understanding you get them rarely from rats and from complexes. Does a list of sites and BPC chances exist? Or just some indication of where for what?

I'm very familiar with the game and exploring, mostly just looking for anything I don't akready know about finding ship BPCs.

True enough.

I'm just surprised there's no listing of "Daredevil = Serpentis Narcotic Warehouse", "Cruour = some Blood thing", etc. With no information on what even gives a chance, it's hard to play the lottery.

DED Overseers that drop frigate loot have a chance at dropping frigate BPCs. Same for cruiser and battleship. So if you're looking for, say, a Phantasm, look at Sansha 4-6/10s.

In addition, faction rats of the appropriate size can drop BPCs of the same size as the rat. For instance, Dark Blood Archbishops (battleships) can drop Bhaalgorn BPCs.

See: https://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/DED_Complex_List

Click on the appropriate complex and what drops will be shown in green beside what NPC or structure drops what.

I use that, but find it to have insufficient detail. "Overseer type = chance" is very easy to remember.

I've had a faction bs rat drop a cruiser bpc, so I'd guess there is the possibility of a step down in size. perhaps it was one of the lower bounty bs? (maybe I completely miss remembered and it was a cruiser spawn?)

pretty freaking rare. explo will probably be a faster way.

although if you really want to farm them head out to 0.0 and run pirate missions Pirate

Farming 6/10 DED escalations can yield faction BPCs. I've pulled a few Gila blueprints out of them but I don't think a battleship BPC is possible.

Half the fun of exploration is figuring this kind of thing out for yourself. Asking for a list is like asking for plot points of a movie you havne't seen yet (ie it can make seeing the movie less enjoyable).

The mordus legion bpc's come from lowsec belt rats of the appropriate size, I have found each at some point or another,
Any system of any sec status between .4 and .1 have an equal chance.
