There is no bikini ship wash bay because bikinis require atmospheric pressure. That would require bays vast enough to hold carriers, kept at shirtsleeve pressure. And able to be cleared for undocks.
Ships are huge. You'd require an army of bikini-clad women, and oceans of soapy water to clean the space gunk off.
And then there's the radiation produced by powered-up ships. You'd lose half the crew to cancer over a year.
