First of all - sorry for my english, from Russia with love.
Why i writing topic in english section? I tried in ru-section, but no one from CCP reads russian topics...sanctions, all that.MyRussianPost
Well, the problem is that my market window is working really, really slow. It need to "think" about 5-10 seconds for each lot i need to open. I am a dealer, so that breakes disturbs me alot.
I tried to clean cash, i reinstalled client - not helps.
My internet connection is good, about 60mbit/s, just as my laptop MSI 2QE Apache Pro (i7, 8Gb, GTX960M).
P.S. The same ISP used in office, and there is no breakes in market, but there i am playing on the PC.

Same ISP does not mean same ping. I noticed that when someone else in the household was doing something that increased my ping a lot I got similar behavior to what you are describing.

I've had this problem as well for years although it is not as severe and only happens occasionally. The most helpful thing I've done was to put all my video settings to lowest possible. I've always thought it was a bandwidth issue on my end.

Nah, this problem is not about "how many people uses my internet". There are 3-6 devices using it at the same time what dont prevents me from playing wow, bf4 or EvE (ex. market). This is Market problem or something i dont know. And it's not "happens", problem occurs consistently, everytime.

Maby i should ping some IP's, that will unswer the question "Is something wrong with my connection or not?"

Interestingly, I have had a milder version of this for the past 10 days or so. It happens when I open the market window for the first time and move to adjust the second order, there is a loooong pause.

And today I noticed that it happened for the first two-three orders I processed. After that it still works fine for me. So what I have is only a mild annoyance, but definitely a problem in the coding.

i had issues in the start with market like it , then i went from slow hds tot fast hds and the problem went away.

running x4 512 ssds in raid 0 shows 0 to none lag at all for me now.

so maby its the cache it has to read through coupled with the lag from internet ? (running 300mbit @ home here) ??

just a idea to test out for other peeps .

I sorta have a problem as well. Sometimes I'd browse in a particular item group by clicking on the arrow on the left-hand side, and opening the list of items within that group. Some seconds later, the list will close itself without me doing anything. It's like it "remembers" that it was closed, so I have to re-open the list of items again. Very annoying.

I have problems atm with the jita market window reacting incredibly slowly. Usually its np, but recently its started being quite laggy
