Whats the fastest ship that can be fitted to be capstable in the game?

That is fitting it for pure speed, regardless of any other application?

This will probably be beaten easily, but I got bored after trying a few fits. Didn't bother with officer mods or any of that crap. Needs a PG implant to fit.

add some quafe boosters and you get 11479 / 16881

max of this seems to be 17100

Its not possible to please all the people all the time, but it sure as hell is possible to Displease all the people, most of the time.
