Still think you'd make more money getting a part time job. If you're as **** hot smart as you say you are... Someone in your dept if you ask them would find you a job to help as either a lab assistant, etc. You dont actually work all that much for a school either.

I have been exploring potential jobs as a cognitive therapist or a case worker. I want to get a job the fair way, without using my families connections. I want to be employed based solely on my credentials and things about me.

I will be getting a job after I graduate after next semester. In the mean time I will be mining bit-coins just for that extra income however small it may be.

Maybe you should stop being so narrow minded. Have you ever had a dept that kept getting bigger?
Have you even been to college and had to spend hundreds of dollars on textbooks each semester not to mention tuition?

Some people say high sec PI is pan handling or a CONCORD Handout/welfare. It's not.

I fail to see how getting a job at school is "unfair" really one of the better part time jobs to get while in school as not a whole hell of a lot going on, and people dont mind that you do school work at the same time.

Though now that I saw akitas post and took over this IT job makes me want to setup the extra comps laying around and pay for those GTC. While not earth shattering powerful they are numerous...and I dont pay the power bill or the internet 2 connection bill.

/scratches chin.

As for the text book thing. First things first try and find the PDF online. Not always an option, but since text books are a ******* racket anyway. I say to hell with them. That or professors assigning their own books...

I agree textbooks cost way more than they should and often times the new revisions of the same book are only slightly different in content but vary alot in price.

... Hmmm yeah sell your virginity, I know the world being what it is, some older men would love to tap you, specially in Latin America, you could come to Panama and sell your body here, you could make over 100$ per client and if you work for a month could make more than enough to buy all your courses.

Lots of colombian girls and men come here to sell their bodies, its an option, a legal one too. If you curious you could start your own personal escort service just by coming here, placing an add and buying a cheap cellphone. Phone will start ringing in a day or two.

Post yourself on the local Panama forums and describe yourself as loving and gentle and a guy that likes to take things slow. Yeah the money would start rolling in.

I don't know, seen so many women and men do that for a living and actually make it work by later investing their money into a more traditional business after a while. Some of the girls even married locals or foreign expats and gave them children.

Meh, to each their own, it might work for you, could also be one of your "social experiments".

Some people say high sec PI is pan handling or a CONCORD Handout/welfare. It's not.

So taking the help of your family (which might actually love you and stuff since, hey, family), a help which they might be able and willing to provide, that's something you don't WANT to do in spite of your ever-increasing debt because... why exactly ?
Counting one stupid choice.
But somehow, again, you don't see a problem with quite literally BEGGING people that don't really like you all that much to begin with to aid you in some harebrained scheme you didn't even bother to properly research first ?
Counting a second stupid choice.
And if you figure in the fact that you even HAVE debts and they ARE getting larger, I think I've just counted stupid choice number three.

And no, I haven't had any large amount of debt that kept going up for any significant duration.
OTHER people usually had debts TO ME.
I've occasionally had small amounts of debts that almost always kept going down and were paid off sooner rather than later.
Most of the time I've actually had savings, and those savings usually went up most of the time.
