Hey guys.

So, one of the things I was doing while I was away outsystem was to transcribe the oral history of my clan. It hasn't been written down before, but my clan elders saw no harm in taking steps to preserve our history, and saw it as a worthy undertaking. I've already presented my work to the clan and received marks for my effort.

With the approval of the Sgathiach clan, I'm proud to present the written history of my clan to the public

Sgathiach is available to read in full on my public blog. I'll be using this thread to answer questions that people might have about my clan history and how I went about the transcription process.

How interesting and informative.

What fills the soul? Something that guides a lost child back to it's parents arms. Or waves that dye the shores of the heart gold. A blessed breath to nurture life in a land of wheat. Or the path the Sef descend drawn in ash. In the wake of fire.

I will refrain from reading it, as I would see it filtered through my birth and upbringing in the Empire and my subsequent adoption and training in the Gripdjur. I would be blind to subtleties and nuance obvious to Sgathiach men and women, and I would see meanings and views where they are not.

However, it is good to see pride in one's clan and history, when it is treated with respect.

A good tale. I enjoyed it.

Despite my loyalties I still find myself interested in how it ends. I may be loyal to the Republic but I do recognise it has faults.
