[Issue] Auto-select next jump stopped working.

Out of nowhere, the game doesn't auto-selected my out-gate when I jump into a new system with a route set. Is this a bug, or did an option I can't find get unchecked somewhere?

Happens from time to time. Doesn't if you are on AP, oddly enough. Unfortunately, it's like the Bastion missile glitch, as it's been reported before quite some time ago but no fix was ever found. Been like that for a while. Maybe back when the UI was last overhauled and the ability to queue multiple actions was added, such as a "Dock" command queuing warp to action then attempting to approach and finally dock rather than failing because you are not on grid with the station.
