UI being inconsistent?

There's lots of UI stuff that's quite inconsistent such as:

Windows expanding down when you undock on one client/account and on other it doesn't.

Doesn't memorize your market column/row size when you set it and when you log off and relogin, they reset back to older setting.

I'm sure there's more but I can't think of anything else atm.
