OP, you are so right. Disgraceful. Because I feel your pain, I'm going to let you in on a little secret about filing a support ticket. First, push F12 as if you were going to make a regular support ticket, then - and this is the important secret part - push the buttons ctrl + Q together BEFORE writing or marking anything in the support ticket. That will mark the ticket as"Quicker" and it will be dealt with right away.

When I saw the title, I thought another thread about how quickly they answer tickets.

But after reading the op, I realised it's a thread about nothing. So stop trolling (even though you did try some humour) and if you are going to troll at least put some effort into it.
