This survey idea is what this community needs (the EVE community, not any of it's subset-factions).

I know i cannot devote hours to the forums, and would rather spend my free-time playing Eve, but sure as anything would take time to give feedbak to the company (to the actual dev's!) of what i think of micro issues (e.g., UI improvements)and macro things (an incarna_541 time-line vs eve's crucible alternative) using a truly constructive *mechanism*, rather the mechanism of the mob.

CCP has learned a lot recently, and the survey mechanism is truly awesome. It's digital democracy at it's best.

NEXT CCP ---> publish the results.

They didn't ask any questions they didn't already know the uplifting answer to so publishing the results would be useless.

It was more about selling a "Come back to Eve" message than truly getting real answers.

Incarna - Newest business example of mismanaged capital. CCP - Continuing to gank independent PI producers every day

PvP's latest  incentive program ** Unified Inventory **  'Cause you gotta kill something after trying to use it

The golden standard for their expansions should be in Red Moon Rising, Trinity and Apocrypha.

Not Crucible

They will discard anything remotely negative and press on with the :AWSUM: like always.

They do a multitude of surveys. These are usually signalled through the Newsletter. For example, Issue 69 had a survey on PLEX. Issue 65 was on input devices. Etc. They even offer prizes on them.

You do need to subscribe to the newsletter to see them though, but at the same time you get a lot of information from those newsletters. (Refer the Christmas Gift debacle)

Then, the survey results are sometimes published on the wiki. You can find previous results here. I don't know if they publish all, I suspect not. But at least some are going up. I would also prefer it if all of them went up.
