Here's something that might help: a friend of mine is quitting (it has been a few weeks now) and the other day it was raining here and she commented on how she could, for the first time in a long time, smell that "rain smell" like she used to when she was a kid. A small victory indeed but every little bit helps.

I get that, but at the same time I live surrounded by cattle farms... so not being able to smell things is kind of good Big smile

I moved house in 38C heat today. Pretty good goal kicked. Sweated out so much salt my arm cramped in an hilarious fashion. Luckily there was a beer handy to help with the uncramping.
