Beta client - unable to log in.

So this started yesterday night after been playing for some time. One of my clients crashed and the window would not close so I decided to restart my computer. After the reboot I noticed in the launcher that it thought that the account was still logged in. I then tried rebooting again but I also unplugged all the power cables. This did not fix the issue so then I to reinstall the launcher using https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/203183482-Launcher-Play-button-remains-grayed-out this methon. When I tried downloading the launcher it said I couldn't because a client was running (this was after a hard boot with no clients running). I then ran the repair tool and got the old launcher running. Then I downloaded the game again and used a different file from the main and the account is still green and wont let me log in. This is as far as I got and I don't know what else to do but purge all my eve files and reinstall everything again (I had to do this last week). Any and all help is appreciated.

Edit: I Just thought about it and I can log in with the old client, but I'm still having issues with the beta launcher.

Please file a bug report, putting my name in the title to ensure it gets routed to me.

Look in %LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE\Launcher and attach the files in there to the bug report. There is obviously some bug here that I need to fix, more details would help me track it down.

Once you've filed the bug report, delete processes.json if it is there and restart the launcher. Let me know if this helps.

Alright I know this wont be the most helpful response but I got it to work "somehow".

So first off I was having issues getting the file uploaded to a support ticket and decided to look at the updated repair tool found here https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=80734&find=unread. I got this downloaded and set it to run in the background. During this time I went afk to let the tool run but my power went out at my house. Once I came back and got my computer restarted I noticed that my launcher was working fine.

Soo all the issues have been resolved, and I still have a copy of the %LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE\Launcher file that I had problems uploading. I tried uploading it as normal and a zipped version but it kept giving me the error saying that it took too long and the connection timed out. Lastly I never did find anything in there named ''processes.json'' so I don't know if that could have been a solution.

So sorry if I could have been more helpful to you on fixing the bug and I will keep this copy of the file you want sent just incase there is a different way to send it or it actually uploads to the support ticket.
