There are plenty of threads about why it's bad, just type Munnin and eve forums into google and you will see them.

Searching "munnin eve forums"on google has one result on the first page from the forums; this seems largely to focus on the fact that its a hac and not an ishtar in december 2014. If you dont have an answer, keep silent.

There has been quite a bit of discussion about it.

Try here. Which gets you to this, this, and this.

Basic problems: it has three mid slots and lacks enough grid to armor tank once you've slapped 720s on it. So you end up with a two slot tank or an autocannon build on an optimal-bonused hull. Both of these are Bad Things.

Trouble with Muninn is the fact that it's a ship without purpose. Double damage bonus, as cool as it my sound, leaves you with 8.33 effective turrets, which are NOT bonused for faloff. This results in limited autocannon ability. Being armor tanker with just 6 low slots doesn't help the matter either. And utility high? For "sniping" ship?
What do we have here?
Then you got a Vagabond, which is fast, retaining 5 lows, posessing 4 mids which is a bit light, but bonus to shield boost makes things way better (And making Ancireps viable), it's bonused for faloff (read: autocannons) and still got utility high. Breaks 650dps cold with t2 equipment while not being a cripple, too.
