EBR-62272 opened 12-31-2015 but noticed long before for a secondary light flash that seems to have started to occur with the deployment of the December release.

I've been attempting to catch it in game for a while but finally managed to snag it.

I've seen it occur on other streamers clients as well.

Starting to notice if I have one character logged in a safe and I warp another to that it appears to be showing up as I'm crossing the field of view for the character moving 0m/s

Could this be a symptom of the increased grid sizing and the third party warp in effect?
