It should be a ban-able act to Recycle characters to dodge wardecs. Folding corps is one thing. But biomassing has to be the lowest form of cowardice imo. Ugh

Signatures wer cooler when we couldn't remove them completely.

I enjoyed this thread.

It was like watching someone die on the first turtle in the first level of Mario Brothers... And then rage quit.

"Another player tricked you" is the first turtle. CCP has already eliminated most of the monsters that used to be on the first level.

Congratulations and welcome to the game.

Wait until you see what's in Bowser's castle.

I assure you, Eve online is not special because of its NPC and mission content.

This thread stands as a monument to the fact that Eve needs something to prevent people with zero actual leadership skills from creating corporation. Over the years I've talked to a lot of people who played Eve for "a few months" and quit. Almost all of them cited problems finding groups that were effective in the game. If corp after corp buckles under the first sign of pressure, they view the game as unplayable and never come back.

A very good point, I remember a time in eve when you had to work together, corps cost a lot to setup, very low numbers of 1 man corps about, it was a group project, people would see it working and want to join, they would all be based in the same area or even in one station, so war time they would have numbers to fight back, you became friends with other corp and would help each other out.
We even set up pirate free low sec area, which then would be attacked now and then but we could fight back and would want to

Its strange Eve numbers are up from that time but core corp numbers seem low and one man corp every where

Floppie is right its player leadership skills that make a corp, and the willingness to work together

You would just laugh in the face of these war dec corps and learn to survive Pirate

Biomassing not a character does not mean the account is dead and the OP is gone. He may simple be trying to avoid the negative reputation his post generated by starting a new character.

I handled it differently. To paraphrase Mal Reynolds: A man comes up against that kind of will, only way to deal with it is to become it.

My first CEO suggested a different option. He gave us a little isk, told us to drop corp and join RvB to learn the basics of fighting... To this day I don't know whether to thank him or hunt him down, blow up his ship, pod him, collect the corpse, and do what we all do with our corpse collection.
