Planet Assets and Location IDs for Customs Offices

I know I have plasmoids and electrolytes sitting in the Pimbeka VII Customs Office (Krabopoly) with a Location ID of 1018659471129. Which CREST API can I use to look this location up when I import my assets list?

Are there plans to provide asset information from the planet-based Storage Facilities available via the Asset CREST API?
