I can't get my produce off the planet?Why is that?I launched a rocket i have a launchpad,i checked the tax office but it doesn't show my launchpad?What the hell???

sounds like maybe you used the command centre launch option, not the launchpad launch to POCO thingy?

check your journal, there should be a can floating in space somewhere near that planet with your stuff in it.

next time, access the POCO and transfer goods directly to it.

edit: also check the tax rates on the POCO. maybe you can't use it at all?
