Characters Stuck In Wormhole

Hi,

As of today, my characters are 'stuck' in a wormhole. I cannot log on to them anymore, as the game tells me that they are located in Jxxxxxx, which is currently stuck. Please try again later.

As support tickets don't work for Sisi, I was wondering if there's anything else that can be done, so that I can actually use singularity again before the next mirror (I can't even log on to do /moveme or anything, so effectively I've lost my characters).

I would like to keep at least this character (Cpt Marty) in the system, if possible, as otherwise I'd lose a way in to it.

Me too.

Was (trying to) work on updating our mapping tool for the new CREST stuff. Now I'm stuck and can't test. What?

EDIT: my only character in k-space isn't stuck. only characters in w-space are
