Character Bazaar

Hey, I'm looking for a new character to add to my team:

More Important Skills:
- He should be able to mine Ice & Ore in a Mining Barge or preferably Exhumer
- He should have Advanced Industry 5 to produce capitals
- Advanced Spaceship Command 5 (Biggest Requirement for a Freighter) would be good to have.


Less Important Skills:
- Decent Drone Skills (T2 Light Drones) would be good to have
- Good Reprocessing Skills (For T2 Null Sec Crystals and - well - reprocessing itself - would be cool but are by no means necessary
- Basic PI Skills would be cool
- Orca/Rorqual Boosting Skills or general Dread/Carrier Sitting Skills would be sweet aswell but would probably be too expensive for my budget.

No need:
PvP Skills, Silly T2 Ship Skills

Budget: 4-8B
