after starting launcher default server is tranquility but when i try select singularity notthing happens , cant select singularity . checked launcher settings and test server list is okay but cant select sisi . why

when using old launcher i get error

cant load module python.library(pythondll)
something related to lack of python27.dll ? the file is there launcher is intact but it cant start
