Epic Arc Standings Not Applying!

Hey all, thanks for reading.

So I have had a ticket open for about a week now. My problem is that in anticipation of completing the Angel Cartel epic arc, I joined an NPC null PVP corp so that I could stay in Angel null space and do missions for the Angels, gaining LP and purchasing BPCs for ships to sell on the market. Problem being I did not have the Angel Cartel base standing of -2.0 or higher to accept anything but Level 1 missions. But since you get a huge standing boost for completing the arc (and yes, I am sure I have completed it, I have checked many times), I figured my standing would be high enough after completing the arc to do more than level 1 missions.

Well, unfortunately, it seems that the standings increase that I was supposed to get for completing the arc simply did not apply to my character. It doesn't show up in my standings transactions for ANY of the Angel factions, nor for the Angel Cartel itself. Many other people have had this issue over many years, please see the links below:

Has anyone else experience this bug where when you complete an epic arc, you do not receive the standings boost that you are supposed to?

This has really hampered my playing, and as a new father who has very little time to play, it is very frustrating to log in only to see that my ticket remains unattended to, and I end up ship-spinning for a few minutes and then logging out. I need the standings increase so that I can do profitable missions that will allow me to purchase ships to use in PVP. Right now, I can do none of that.

This has been an ongoing issue with the epic arcs. It doesn't always happen but it happens enough. A petition has always fixed it for me, and has never taken this long.

ive missed the standing couple times after completion of an arc sent in ticket and usaly within 24 hours its been added.

Thanks for the info guys, but I am going on 2 weeks now without a response. Do you know of any way I can expedite this process?

I already joined the general HELP channel ingame, and none of the blues in there were willing or able to assist me. Am I in the right in expecting some kind of ingame compensation for this inconvenience? I have had to continue keeping my alt unsubscribed when I would normally PLEX her, and I have missed out on a lot of content due to not having the ISK to fund it.
