yeh i hated shift work ,did it on and off 20 years , body clock has never been the same Ugh

My new job entails 24hr shifts. It sucks but it's pretty cool getting a week done in two days.

My throat seized up while I was drinking some water. Managed to not spit it out neither throw up, but now I have hiccups. They're so bad that my ribcage hurts.

Keep breathing air out of your torse/belly, through your mouth.
Deep, slow breathes.
Concentrate on breathing, not the hiccup.
For a better effect look at a flame.

Often hiccups can be dealth with by relaxing the diaphragm.
