Thoughts behind that?

I wouldn't need cov-ops fit.

I would do something like

Heavy pulses with scorch 2 TC with optimal range script.

2 MARs
EM and Thermal resists

Trimark rigs

MWD

The subs would use the:

Exploration one
liquid crystal
chasis
cap regen
nanobot

What are your thoughts behind something like that??

Probably just T2 fit everything

well the 1st thought i have is "why the hell you want legion"? its resists are VS angels, for bloodies go minnie T2/T3.
If thats not an option, any build that allows you to kill webbers FAST and keep 30+ range will do.
Obviously u need enough DPS to break some tanks but... mebbe loki? rly?

Trimarks + MAR's ----- bad mix.

Don't combine passive (buffer) tanking with active, you just end up being bad at both. Throw something like nanobot accelerators or other rep bonus rigs on there if you've got the cap. Other options are elutriation rigs to drop lazor cap usage, resist rigs, or the fallback rig -- ccc.

Dual mar's and 2 tc's just isnt feasible if you want any kind of stability.

Could possibly work(don't know minimum tank for 0.0 plexes), but I wouldn't recommend it. You will be making a lot of isk if you can run these efficiently and get the loot back to empire safely.

Will plow through the sites much faster and you will make your investment back in no time. Again, not sure what the minimum tank required is so take this will a grain of salt. I hear broadsword's have no problems with these plexes.
