I've been waiting since the 30th of December. Is there a massive backlog or something? Anyone had any responded to recently?

It has been my experience that reimbursement petitions are one of CCP's lowest priorities. They are also just getting back to work after the holidays so that probably pushes them back even more.

I am still waiting for my learning skill points reimbursement petition since 31st Dec 2011. This is really bad service.

Perhaps instead of making hats, they should improve the logs.
