Different agents, different missions?

Hi guys,

Do different agents give different missions? I do L4's from one Caldari Navy agent at Funtanainen 4-1, but the ISK I make off of bounties and loot seems way different from what I read about on the forums. Are other agents' missions more profitable somehow?

Thanks!

All agents give missions from the same mission pool, but depending on where you're running the missions, you will get different enemy NPCs, some who offer higher bounties than others, some who offer better loot and salvage than others, and so on. If you're running missions in Caldari space, you'll come up against Guristas most of the time, who offer the worst loot, but decent bounties. If you run missions in Amarr space, you'll come up against Blood Raiders and Sansha Nation, who offer the best loot.

The main difference in the ISK you will earn is that different mission agents offer different LP rewards. For example, Sisters of EVE mission agents objectively give the best LP rewards (probe launchers and ships).

My advice is, if you want to loot and salvage all your missions, work for agents in Amarr space. If you want to blitz missions and reap LP rewards, go for Sisters of EVE agents.

You will make more ISK and LP from agents in 0.5 or 0.6 systems as opposed to agents in 0.8 or 0.9 systems. There is also the ISK/LP conversion rate which can vary significantly depending on which Faction you run L4 missions for (ie: SoE vs. Caldari Navy). Then there are the Burner missions which are an entirely different beast altogether.

I am currently away, traveling through time and will be returning last week.

Alright, thanks for the info guys ;)

Is there a website I can go to, to check which mission I should kill every npc for bounties, which mission is worth salvaging, good lootdrops, etc?

While EVE survival is not always actual, most of the time it is. Usually there are notes if mission is blitzeable or not, with approximate bounties noted and some extra, like marking EWAR/small targets heavy missions.

There is a plethora of youtube videos on blitzing and efficient mission running that are worth a watch while sitting in your cubicle bored or something.

A little missing information.
There are 2 basic style to run missions, full clear loot / salvage and blitz.

For full clear with current bounties, reward and loot / salvage 80 to 100 mil per hour is about tops. and even that can be hard to maintain depending on you and the mission the agent gives.

For claims of 100 mil per hour or more they are most likely referring to blitzing.
Blitzing is a process where you only shoot / kill and only loot / salvage those things required for mission completion and you ignore the rest. The majority of your income from the blitz style comes from buying things with lp / ISK and then selling them on the market. Here is a link to one of the many 100 mil per hour or more guides that have been posted around here lately. IF you search here and the internet there are many more.

I recommend you loot, kill and salvage everything with those missions that has more than 2-3 battleships, otherwise they are not worth it.

Highest paying missions in the game:
- World's Collide
- Dread Pirate Scarlett
- Mining appropriation
- Angel Extravaganza
- The Blockade

etc. etc.

With all these listed above, I make aprox. 30-40 million isk each, and they only take 15-30 minutes (I use a Marauder)
In these: Kill everything, salvage everything, and absolutely loot everything.
