I don't know where else to put this but ccp needs to see this. I purchased 2 plex waited the 1 hour and still hadn't received them. Upon checking your site you showed payment pending. However both PayPal and my credit card show payment completed and the money is gone. I have placed tickets and emailed anybody I can. This needs to be sorted. I have the

Already called PayPal they said give that to you they also confirmed that the purchase went through. Please credit the plex to my account preferably kasdl isimazu as she is in jita other two are in null.

If you want CCP to read things fastest (between one hour and 1 day),

The Forums is certainly NOT the way for CCP to see it, that ia why they invented petitions.

Only option then is to wait for CCP to get back to you.

CCP does work with different categories, each having their own priority.

And then it is first come, first serve system. So making multiple tickets actually hurt your respinse time I've heard.

Also, keep in mind, with PLEX purchages with Paypal it actually does warn you it can take up to 1 or 2 days before the payment is confirmed by CCP and the PLEX arrive on the account.


Also, are yoy sure they arent in the redeem pool, CCP delivers to the redeem pool, you have to manually give them to a character if you want it in game.

It is best to pursue this stuff directly with CCP becasue:

  1. It will get results whereas forums will not.
  2. This is EVE where there is no such thing as paranoia because everyone really is out to get you. Advertising you just bought PLEX may gain unwanted attention

Also, ticket priority is higher for billing / payment tickets, but still, keep in mind that the average response time is about 2 weeks. So, be patient. They do a good job with responding to tickets intelligently and resolving them, once they get to your spot in the queue; you're not going to see the automated responses or clueless reps that other games have.

This is something that can only be handled by contacting CCP directly. As you already have a ticket in the queue, please be patient. Posting to the forums will not move the issue along any faster.
