By time I sell:

all T1 subcaps

T2:
Minmatar: bombers, AF, HAC's, recons, logi, command ships
Amarr: HAC's, recons, logi, command ships
T3: Loki/Legion

damage gunnery skills lvl 5 , rest at 4,
T2 small/meds/large projectiles
T2 shield and T2 armour tank skills


I was estimating 6-7 bil given the SP's and minmatar combat focus. What do you think?

That is not including any implants nor the inflation from the PLEX market, so I would say 6 bil is a fair price to start at.
