Heading out to bed and never soon enough... my sleep pattern has been a complete mess during the holidays and I just can't wait to have a "ordinary week" to try and set sleep routines. Hasn't helped out catching a cold and the annoying coughing that's been following it, plus the fact that the cough suppressant I used two years ago has been discontinued in Spain. Using online vade mecum, I found that the discontinued medicine was a mix of a powerful antihistamine, which accidentally is the same I already have been using since my allergies earlier last year, and a anti-inflammatory. The anti-inflammatory was from a family that's no longer being sold in Spain s after talking to a pharmacist o I've been using a mix of standard cough suppressant and the antihistamine, which has been moderately effective, although with high doses of the cough supressant.

Online vade mecum is a powerful tool, but all in all I am not a doctor and thread very carefully based on things that worked for me in the past... and because I don't take any chronical medication so interactions are not an issue. I think that drugs must be used in the lowest possible dose for the shortest period of time. vºv
