Is it time for an active omni armor hardener and a passive shield one? If so what sort of %s would you put on these?

You said it's all circling the drain, the whole universe. Right?

No because doing so would require a massive, all encompassing rebalance of all ships and modules involved. Not worth it nor is there somehow a need for it.

No because shield and armor tanks should come with differences.

Let me preface this by saying that I am still a little hungover from New Years and quite cranky.

It is on the same level as "We all know that..."
This line is bad because it assumes that everyone is aware of something (no matter how esoteric), is on the same page with everyone else, and so no reasoning for what they are about to write next is necessary.


Go back to start and answer these questions:
What do you want?
Why do you want it?
What problems do you foresee with it? (yes, there is always a problem with something... if you can't think of any then come to a full stop and think of ways YOU would use it against others)

And before you hit the post button, run a search on Google (EVE Online > subject). Rinse and repeat with several variations of the subject name.
