Tech 2 Logistics Frigates & Small Complexes

Is it intentional that the new Tech 2 Logistic frigates cannot enter Small Faction Warfare Complexes? What purpose does it fulfill if it cannot fight in Smalls with Assault Frigates?

Don't get me wrong, there are many opportunities where this might be useful. It can assist some gangs in Mediums - but in many practical fights it seems better to just bring the Cruiser Tech 1/2 variant.

TLDR; Is it intentional for Tech 2 Logi Frigs to be unable to enter Small Plexes. If so, can anyone justify this to me?

Because prenerfed. The meta was T3D everywhere literally everywhere suffocating all levels of gameplay. Those logi frigates aren't the best but maybe the inside of a small plex isn't strictly somewhere fleets of t2 ships should ve fighting anyway.

Seems a bit silly though. I know that for some people it will probably fulfill a niche (Frigate wormholes, wolf rayets etc). But as someone who was looking forward to Assault Frigs / Logi Frigs its seems kind of weird not to be able to bring them into a Small Outpost - it just seems like it would make logical sense. Especially when the new command destroyers can fit.

Seems the only frigs that aren't a waste of time anymore are the cloaky ones.
