PI - The a huge mysterium

Hi guys,
I have some inconsistencies in "planetary interaction" which are inexplicable to me. First I have to say I do PI in a wormhole,
so nobody else expoliting this planets too. I have nearly all skills in PI lvl5, lowest are on lvl4.

1. I do not understand the mechanism, which can regenerate the zones. I already tryed out to stop all extractors for some months,
but the zones really regenerates. Ugh

2. Next is, I move extractors from yellow zones to white zones but the quantity increases or decreases barely even. No significant change in a lot of cases.
