My EVE

So there I was, mining out in .4 space in my venture(it had no business being out there). My cargo hold full, one of my mining lasers cut off...the other goes ******** and does a whole extra cycle for no reason, then gets mad because I have no more space. I withdrew my 2 light drones(hobs) when an explosion occurs doing minimal damage to my shields. I thought nothing of it until I was warp disrupted and there was a second explosion downing my shield and doing pretty real damage to my armor. I hit warp out and dock at the nearest station and ACTUALLY was able to make the jump. On my way out though, I caught a glimpse of what attacked me. I had successfully run from a nemesis missile boat. So, happy new year to me I say!
I guess we should all talk about something that happened new years eve?
