How close are Wormholes from being taken out of Dune?


You know, Dune had those giant worms that used to dig holes in the desert sand.
It was possible to call them by sound using a horn or something, and you could even ride on those things too...

t works. i started ringing bells on my pos and when was sitting on wormhole stratios emerged from nowhere
in fact the battlestar galactica fighted cylon mothership colony on black hole orbit. . also wormholes are created for only miliseconds during nuclear detonations.

as for wormholes in eve how they are created? by some focused energy that mounts temporar bridge between sytems?

that allows temporary natural shotcuts, but also create space pockets that can collapse as well as the wormhole entry/exit points, which can vary in place from place to place btw...

Still think that Dune is one of the best science fiction works ever written. Such an amazing and engaging world created by Herbert.
