Bonus effect? The only thing you are doing is moving them from where you want to gank someone. There is no point in doing it if they are not occupying the grid where you plan on ganking. It can be performed by anyone, you will need as many pilots as there are sets of concord (2 cruisers and 1 BS, so just count the BS) and everyone needs to undock (if you are already criminal) or go criminal in unison.

I used to use an orca full of shuttles to pull concord of off gates in systems with no stations after gank to a safe ( where you would then sit until GCC is up :D) This stll works as far as im aware.

No it doesn't, at least not if you are already criminal. You can go criminal to do it, but then you need noob ships which are much more cumbersome to acquire and move around but still easily doable in an Orca. Just have to waste another 15 minutes now or use another toon to pull.

Go gank something. All the gankers get their pod to the same station. Dock. Get in free noob ship. 3-2-1 undock. CONCORD comes to station. Redock. Wait out GCC. Go gank something.

It's pretty efficient. One issue is if you are ganking in a no-station sytem - for this you have to go somewhere not the future gank site and everyone needs to go all GCC on a noob corp alt. It adds some steps and most likely an additional 15 minute timer. The good news is that miners keep returning to the same belt (or just wait there for you) and freighter bumping is so broken that you can bump the poor slob for several hours if you like and he's not getting away.

For t1 haulers - CONCORD can't prevent an alpha strike, so pulling them isn't an issue.

For t2 haulers - they be the toughest nut to crack. BIIIG alpha, being on the ball w/ the cat team are your options. You can't bump them for hours on end - they should be able to get away (MJD).

Maybe, if you want to unnecessarily waste isk. Seems well worth it to me to save 75 mil isk with a little effort.
