Changes to capacitor ratings?

In looking at some ship databases I am seeing different capacitor ratings.

For example, in the Evelopedia it says the Navitas has a capacitor of 390 GJ and a recharge time of 195s

In a spreadsheet database dated Rubicon it says the Navitas has a capacitor of 425 Gj and a recharge+ of 5

In the online ship tree it says the Navitas has a capacitor of 595 GJ and a recharge time of 297.50s

What is the reason for these differences?

Not being updated probably

Is that a serious question?

I think the databases give the ship's base stats, and evelopedia is probably outdated. The online ship tree might give stats with your skills taken into account. Not certain, just an idea.

Uhm

DATING...

When was the Evelopedia last updated.

You do know Rubicon is ancient history in terms of EVE's expansions

The newest source you list is the skill tree.

Don't use the evelopedia, it's terrible and outdated.

Eve uni says cap size of 595, no recharge time given though.

People still fly the Navitas...? Interesting.

Well, I once bought like 200 navitas ships to bash my way to the -10 while packing smartbombs, shouting "Amarru akbar" in local and getting myself killed over and over in the name of the Holy Book in Dodixie.
Then I decided that it was a stupid idea and gifted these ships to one day old rookies.
